Hi. I've just recently been diagnosed OCPD, although I have been aware of many of the symptoms in my life for years and have even made progress in many areas such as procrastination and acceptance of things not being perfect when they have deadlines. However on the personal and relational front I have a long way to go. It has led to my marriage being on the rocks and me constantly nagging and yelling at wife and kids. I never yelled before getting married and blamed my wife for that for years, now I can see it was more my obsession with fairness that allowed me to see yelling as acceptable because she was doing it. Anyway looking forward to reading stuff from others who are trying to get a new perspective on life and hopefully tips on how to do just that.
