I am ocpd family can not see how I am but I can see it.

I was with someone who was highly narcissistic it was a complete nightmare brook me as a person.

Due to the fact I am a people pleaser and I could do nothing right was called thick, ugly all sorts.

I think he was highly jealous of me because I always worked hard to get what I wanted and for my daughter. he just want to get what he could out of things and run.

after the break up it was not him I was obsessive with it was why was I not good enough no mater what I did.

It is hard living with this because you always have to push yourself until it wears you out or you focus on one thing and everything else fall around xx

Everyone has something. OCPD is a difficult thing to have, no doubt about it. Learn what you can about the behaviors and work to challenge the ones you don't favor. I think recognition is huge step. From what I understand most of us can't even take that step. Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Meditation was huge for me. I just had to stick with it for sometime, but sticking with things is something we can do best. Best of luck.
